All units have suspended lighting, permitter trunking, and beautiful parquet flooring. They are also self-contained, meaning they have their own entrances to the central courtyard.  

We provide a range of office space in north London, from 300 square feet – ideal for small teams of around six or seven people, up to 2,200 square feet – suitable for larger teams of around 50 people. Our offices are stylish, bright, and modern and have an industrial warehouse feel– fitting for the building and location. All offices are rented on a managed basis, with access to many sought-after amenities. Our workspaces are customisable and come with simple legal agreements providing immediate access – from 12-month licence agreements to multi-year lease agreements.
