Boxpod is constantly researching industry changes and can see that there has been an increase in the number of solely self-storage and container park businesses. Due to the simplicity of what a self-storage unit and/or container offers we understand that the monthly income for landlords is lower and therefore advertising costs need to be in line with this.
We have therefore introduced a rate for landlords with solely self-storage and container parks to allow them to list up to 3 adverts for units and 20ft/40ft containers per site at a lower rate. This will allow either business or personal tenants to find storage solutions on Boxpod.
