What is Boxpod?

How much does it cost to list a commercial property on Boxpod?

Plans start from £12 per month (excluding VAT) for one property listing. Member is £25/month for up to 5 listings and Premium is £45/month for up to 10. Paying annually saves around 20%. Does Boxpod charge commission or finder's fees?

No. Boxpod is a flat-fee subscription, so landlords keep 100% of their rental income or sale value. Every enquiry goes straight to you and you deal with tenants and buyers directly.

Yes. Searching Boxpod is completely free. There are no application fees, no broker fees and no charges to contact a landlord or agent. Only the person listing the property pays.
