The site has 63 offices which are newly refurbished and opened earlier this year (2019). There is plenty of free parking on site and the offices are placed next door to Waitrose, Morrisons and a wonderful cafe. There are centre events include Motivational Mondays - breakfast on Monday mornings, Wednesday coffee mornings and Fun Fridays - Beer and wine on the last Friday of the month. It is 2 minute walk from the high street which has plenty of restaurants and independent shops as well as a boots, WHS and Costa. The train station is a 30 min walk and Royal Tunbridge Wells is 10 minutes by car.
