We provide a range of workshops, storage units, studios and office space to rent from our Northampton business centre, K2 House.

Located in the Dallington area, the business centre benefits from an onsite cafe and an experienced centre manager based at KG House, which is a short walk away. This is our second Northampton business centre, which gives you further options when looking for a space to suit the needs of your business. 

Our units are available in a range of sizes, from 100 - 1,574 square feet (9 - 146 square metres). They are multi-purpose units so can be used to store your goods or archived documents, as office space, studios or workshops. For example we have a range of customers including accountants, construction companies, a gym and a cafe. 

Each workspace is offered on flexible terms, using our one-page licence agreement. This means you can sign up for as little as a day to a year and it's possible to move in on the same day.
