Gateshead can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car or Metro, and Newcastle city centre in 15 minutes by car or metro. Felling Business Park is home to several businesses, restaurants and convenience stores. Felling town centre – a short 10-minute walk away – has a variety of excellent local amenities such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

We have a choice of workshop rentals for you to call your own. Our industrial spaces have roller shutter doors, allocated parking, good space for deliveries and drop-offs, and phase three electricity. Choose from various units to rent on either a short-term or long-term basis. Our workshops are privately self-contained or managed, where available.
