The Millhouse is part of a complex of buildings ranging in use from purely industrial to fitness to makers and artists and craftspeople.

At The Millhouse we have a series of small to medium sized Studio Spaces for Rent on short or long term arrangements.

We also have rooms suitable for the occasional Yoga class, Art Class or other Group Orientated Activity.

Of course at the present time group activities are unable to be carried out due to the Pandemic.

The rooms available to let are self contained and afford privacy and quiet. They would be suitable for anyone wishing to have their own space in which to work and create as well as anyone running a small business requiring a shop front.

There is also the possibilty of an opportunity to run a Small Cafe/ Food Bar in conjunction with the Exhibition Gallery we have here, for anyone who might like to entertain a small business like this.

Going forward we are keen that the Millhouse becomes further recognised as a destiny and venue in Somerset people can come for Arts, Crafts, Creativity, Workshops and Wellbeing or just to socialise over a coffee or two. In the past we have welcomed many visitors both local and those travelling to and from the West Country creating a good footfall at the building.

We believe Somerset has a lot to offer and we see ourselves as significant venue in future times as Somerset develops further and as Ilminster becomes a major Somerset town.
