The ability to add, amend or delete your adverts at any time

The ability to amend your personal details

Real time statistics for the last 365 days so you can see how your adverts are performing

A log of the email enquiries received and the ability to answer them directly from your account page

You can view your public profile to see how your adverts appear on Boxpod

From experience potential tenant are more likely to enquire if there is a rental price shown on an advert; however we are fully aware that there are a number of variables when it comes to rental prices and therefore a number of our clients choose to tick the POA/Hide Rental price box and the advert will appear as POA.

In all instances a guide price must be entered into the Rent PA box to ensure the property is found in the relevant price range searches.

To improve Google search results we advise that customers list their properties more than once with a different name/brief description. This is from experience that potential tenants use different terms when searching for commercial property and therefore clients that list their properties more than once have an increased chance of being found by potential tenants.

For example when listing an industrial unit, customers may list the property 4 times using the following names/brief descriptions:

Light business unit available

Business unit to let

There are no hidden costs with our packages just our yearly fee. The only time you will be charged is if you upgrade your package to increase your number of adverts, however this would have been agreed with your Account Manager prior to charging.
