It’s that time of year when we look back over the successes and progress we’ve seen in 2015 and forward to further growth for Boxpod and its customers in 2016.
Here’s a collection (consider it your Christmas compilation) of soundbites from the Boxpod team:
First up, the mastermind behind Boxpod, MD Nick Marlow says:
” The demand for flexible workspace continues to grow in popularity with tenants, particularly those requiring quick solutions for their business needs. Landlords and agents are being tested to complete on property transactions within faster time scales. 2016 will see the success of innovative law firms that can have deals signed up promptly without compromising the legal requirements and have a proactive stance to support this area of the industry. ”
Orange paintbrush in hand, director Jon Maynard says:
“In 2015 Boxpod grew its UK presence/size significantly. It is achieving an ever-greater respect with both its customers and enquirers. The Internet is ever- important in our lives, providing immediate solutions, flexibility of choice and invariably immediate answers. The commercial property market is changing and Boxpod is very much a part of that change. We are already important to the market and can only get stronger. 2016 will be more of the same for Boxpod, increasing our UK presence and ‘painting the country orange’. We will have more success through our brokerage business by providing a viable, less-expensive and practical option for all aspects of the commercial property listing market.
Looking at money matters, account manager Tommie Crowson says:
“There’s a feelgood factor about and lots of money entering the commercial property sector. This will push yields up. Small units under 3,000sqft will be in demand as few are built. We want the Business Rates review to mean real change and tax businesses fairly. Coupled with hopes that banks will relax their lending policies, it all helps small businesses get started. These start-ups might look to reduce overheads and share costs with other small businesses. Landlords and agents must be proactive and work with tenants and buyers to maximise yields.”
From the newsdesk, Sally Bairstow says:
“Over the past year Boxpod has been building its social media presence, following, tweeting and posting on Twitter and Facebook. It’s all about raising brand awareness for Boxpod and our customers. It’s brilliant to see some great ideas and initiatives from landlords and tenants working together to create better workspace and build better businesses.”
Wishing all our landlords, agents, councils and tenants a very happy Christmas and prosperous New Year #workingtogether
